He also amassed well in excess of 2000 Challenge points.

Forrest is the proud father of 12 champions to date with more on their way. We are simply thrilled and so proud of the major achievements and qualities his progeny are demonstrating here and abroad; NBISS Ch. Forrest was proud to be awarded Best Sire and Progeny at the 2004 Rhodesian Ridgeback Club of South Australia Inc. Championship Specialty show, under Mrs S. Taylor (Usakose RR's - QLD).

We thank those discerning breeders, both here in Australia and overseas, who have acknowledged his potential as a quality sire.

Forrest, was having a very successful start to the 2005 year in the showring, when he was taken from us so suddenly and prematurely. His loss is great to both us as well as the Ridgeback fraternity and we feel blessed to have had the privilege to know and love him. He has left us his wonderful legacy ..... his many progeny who we know, will do their father's memory proud.

Forrest had been AVA Willis Hip (0:1) & Elbow scored (0mm:0mm, grade 1) [1999], OFA (USA system) Hip and Elbow preliminary evaluation graded Excellent [2002], and he was Certified Free from Eye [2003] & Thyroid disease [2003].
